Do You Want to Increase Vaginal
Sensation During Intercourse?
Do You Want to Transform Your External Genitalia’s
Appearance to Look Younger & More Natural?

If you have given birth to multiple babies, chances are high you are having trouble with orgasm or are suffering from a decreased sexual pleasure.

Obviously, sex isn’t everything in marriage, but sexual gratification is unquestionably an important part of it.

So if you feel like you have a loose or stretched vagina, this can easily be a significant cause of stress. You feel pressure to perform, feel, and look a particular way for your partner.

A wide vagina can badly destroy a woman’s confidence, and make her feel anxious about pleasing her partner, or even herself.

Yanhee’s Cosmetic Gynecology Department offers procedures that reconstruct defects from giving birth, and help boost self-confidence. Multiple-birth trauma, aging and hereditary abnormalities influence not just the aesthetic appearance of the external female organs, but additionally generate a feeling of being different or inadequate.

These procedures are cosmetic in nature and not medically required. They are done to either enhance function or appearance or both.

These procedures include:

  • Vaginal Rejuvenation (Vaginoplasty, Vaginal Tightening)
  • G-spotplasty
  • Labiaplasty
  • Clitoral hood reduction
  • Hymenoplasty
  • Perineoplasty

Vaginal Rejuvenation

Vaginal rejuvenation, also called vaginoplasty or vaginal tightening, is a surgical procedure that treats vaginal relaxation.

Vaginal relaxation is a condition linked to childbirth and aging.

Vaginal rejuvenation is not an aesthetic procedure – it is a functional procedure involved with the tightening or narrowing of the inner and outer muscles and structures of the vagina boosting muscle tone, strength, and control.

Nearly all women encounter a certain degree of damage to their vagina as a result of childbearing. Most will also have vaginal weakness and stretching from aging or genetics. These can cause:

  • A sensation of vaginal looseness
  • Inadequate sensation during sex
  • Discomfort during sex
  • Decreased sexual  gratification
  • Decreased self-esteem and confidence

Besides the mental and emotional aspects, sexual gratification demands physical stimulation. The altered condition of the vagina can impact a woman’s confidence and eventually her capability to enjoy sex. The degree of sensation felt is dependent upon friction and nerve stimulation, which is directly related to the diameter and the degree of smoothness of the vaginal tissue.

The vaginal rugae are ridges that functions to generate sensation while the penis moves back and forth over the rugae. The diameter of the vagina and the quality of the rugae are essential in determining the amount of pleasure experienced by both the woman and her partner.

When the vagina is loose and the ridges smooth out, sexual pleasure is reduced or lost.

Labiaplasty

Labiaplasty is a surgical procedure designed to reshape the external genitalia by trimming long or uneven labia. This is a cosmetic procedure and might need several procedures involving the labia minora, labia majora, perineum, clitoral hood, prepuce, and frenulum to be able to provide for a pleasing aesthetic outcome. Your gynecologist will discuss with you the details of these procedures during your consultation.

Child-bearing, aging, and the impact of gravity may all wear away the beauty of the female genitalia like the labia minora, labia majora, and perineum. Long labia minoras interfere with exercise or intercourse, and can cause embarrassment for many women when wearing certain clothes like bathing suits, leggings, or jeans, which may show a bulge.

Female Perineum Anatomy

With time, the labia majora will relax and sag, and at the same time the perineum may show signs of scarring from and episiotomy or laceration suffered at the time of childbirth. You and your doctor will develop a surgical plan centered on your needs and preferences in order to bring back the beauty of your genitalia and feel feminine again.

Hymenoplasty

Hymenoplasty or hymenorrhapy is a surgical procedure that reconstructs the hymen. It is performed to make your vaginal opening appear virginal and/or restore it from injury.

Typical reasons to undergo hymenoplasty are cultural or religious reasons, to repair injuries or re-virginization.

Precise cuts are created in the vagina and the remaining parts of the hymen are sutured to the vaginal incisions bringing them closer together. After recovery, when sex happens, it should lead to bleeding from the new hymen getting torn or stretched. Hymenoplasty is performed under local anesthesia and takes about an hour.

Clitoral Hood Reduction

Clitoral hood reduction is an operative procedure designed to remove excess tissue from the sides of the clitoral hood. It is done to achieve a more even, flatter, smooth appearance at the point where the labia meet the clitoris. It is often done in conjunction with Labiaplasty because removal of the labia can give the clitoris an enlarged appearance.

During this procedure your doctor will carefully remove the excess folds of skin in the clitoral area. The clitoris and nerves which supply it are untouched during the procedure. This procedure should not be misunderstood us female circumcision or mutilation. Local anesthesia is administered before the procedure which takes approximately 30 minutes.

Perineoplasty

Perineoplasty is an operative procedure that reconstructs the perineum, the area between the vaginal opening and the anus. The perineum is a frequently damaged area during childbirth from natural tears and/or episiotomies.

By excising unwanted skin and stitching the muscles beneath, the perineum is significantly reinforced and the opening to the vagina narrowed.

You will notice an increased sexual experience after the procedure. Usually surgeons will conduct this procedure along with vaginoplasty. This procedure is performed under general anesthesia and takes approximately 30 minutes.
