Chin Advancement & Chin Implant

What is Chin Advancement & Chin Implant?

A recessed chin can be made more prominent to create harmony with the rest of the facial features.

The most common method is chin augmentation by which a medical grade silicone is tailored to suit one’s face.  This individually-fit implant is then placed securely on top of the chin bone.  The entire procedure is performed using local anesthesia and is usually over within an hour.

Cheekbone Reduction

What is Cheekbone Reduction?

Cheekbone reduction is popular with some Asians who feel that their prominent cheekbones project a harsh or unbalanced look in a face with otherwise small, delicate features.  Surgical incisions are made in the oral cavity, thus the cheekbones are chiseled to suit the face without creating visible scars.

Cheek Implants

What is Cheek Implants?

The use of medical grade solid silicone to augment cheekbones is a safe method of facial enhancement.  This can provide more balance to facial features and improve one’s self-confidence.  The procedure usually takes about 30-45 minutes under general anesthesia.  The implants are inserted through an incision made inside the mouth so visible scarring is not a problem post-surgery.

Returning to Work

You should be able to return to work after 2 weeks, depending on the level of physical activity. You are advised not to do any heavy lifting bending, straining, or pushing for the next 3 to 4 weeks. Your energy level may not return to normal for the next couple weeks.

You will be swollen and bruised for about three to five weeks following surgery. You should be able to see the results of the reduction after this time, but it may take up to a year to see complete results.

The Procedure

Breast reduction Thailand is performed under a general anesthetic, which means you will sleep through the operation. You will be provided with anesthesia by a board-certified anesthesiologist. Typically, the operation takes about three hours, but may be longer in women with extremely large breasts.

Prior to the operation, your surgeon will outline the planned incisions on your breasts with a marking pen with you sitting upright.
